As our AdTech Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in enabling scalable growth through robust technical marketing infrastructure. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining tracking frameworks, integrating platforms, and ensuring accurate campaign measurement across the entire user journey. What you’ll do You’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including: Implement and manage technical integrations across marketing platforms, including Google Tag Manager (GTM), postbacks, and server-to-server tracking setups Configure and maintain accurate tracking and attribution systems across web and mobile environments Integrate and optimise campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Moloco, Liftoff, Kayzen, and other in-app networks Work with native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain) to ensure effective tracking and performance optimisation Collaborate with analytics and development teams to ensure data accuracy and system reliability Monitor and analyse campaign performance, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates, ROAS, and CPC Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve marketing performance Support onboarding and implementation of new tools, tracking technologies, and partners Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders and marketing teams Ensure full funnel tracking visibility, enabling detailed reporting on user journeys and campaign effectiveness This list covers your core responsibilities – with plenty of room to stretch, explore and take on new challenges as we grow. What you’ll bring You’re someone who brings: Clear, confident communication (written and verbal), and the ability to breakdown complex ideas A collaborative mindset, working smoothly with cross‑functional teams to hit shared goals Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality work Adaptability – you stay sharp, productive and positive in fast‑moving environments Strong technical experience in digital marketing implementations, including tracking, tagging, and integrations Hands-on experience with GTM, postbacks, and server-to-server setups Proven experience across major marketing platforms including Google, Meta, and mobile attribution ecosystems Exposure to in-app platforms (Moloco, Apple Search Ads, Kayzen, Liftoff) and native advertising platforms (Taboola, Outbrain) Solid understanding of attribution models, user journeys, and performance marketing metrics Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering) Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve It would be great if you also have some of the following skills: In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies Experience in the online gaming, betting, or high-performance marketing environments Knowledge of mobile measurement partners (MMPs) and attribution tools Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and tracking scripts Experience with experimentation frameworks and CRO Familiarity with data visualisation and reporting tools Our values are non-negotiables Our culture is underpinned by core values that are linked to key behavioural competencies.
