Advanced Pharmacy Routing and Access Technician

• Location: Remote

• Facility: Home Delivery

• Department: Home Delivery Pharmacy Services

• Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST | Full-time

• Deliver high-quality, customer focused virtual patient support and handle routine service interactions
• Route specialty prescriptions to appropriate fulfillment channels and manage related care coordination tasks
• Support organizational goals by helping prevent prescription leakage and maintain care continuity by keeping orders within our pharmacy network
• Other duties as assigned

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) preferred. Must possess all state and local qualifications.
• Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the National Healthcare Association preferred. Must possess all state and local qualifications.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience,
  if applicable.

Additional Preferences:

• 2+ years of Specialty Pharmacy Technician Experience
