Make an impact New Product Introduction (NPI) Lead procurement activities within the product development process: Manage Target Costing, Design-to-Cost and Cost Engineering across all development stages Select, qualify, and develop suppliers for new products. Evaluate supplier risks, resilience and performance Cost Reduction & Value Engineering Drive cost improvement initiatives for series products: Identify and execute Value Analysis / Value Engineering opportunities Initiate and track sustainable cost reduction measures Change Management & Discontinuation Support lifecycle processes across SCM: Member of the Core Team for Change Management Manage and coordinate technical changes through product lifecycle What you need to succeed Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or similar Several years of experience in procurement, ideally in NPI, Cost Engineering or Value Engineering Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret cost structures and technologies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Independent, structured, and proactive working style Experience in international supplier management is an advantage DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) statement Our core belief is in treating each other with kindness, an open mind, and mutual respect, creating an environment where everyone feels empowered to bring their authentic selves to work.
