📍 Location: Brussels, Belgium (Far-site)

As part of the team, you will be responsible for:
✅ Must-Have Requirements:
✔ Proven experience managing complex projects from inception through delivery.
✔ Experience with large-scale technology migration and digital transformation initiatives.
✔ Strong knowledge of PM², PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, and Lean Agile methodologies.
✔ Strategic planning, performance monitoring, and project governance expertise.
✔ Experience within Public Administration, Information Systems, or European Standardisation environments would be an advantage.
✔ Excellent skills in:
✔Change Management
✔Risk Management
✔Negotiation
✔Executive Communication
✔Leadership and Team Coordination
✔ Experience working with international and multicultural teams.
✔ Knowledge of French and/or German is considered a strong asset.

As part of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Lead complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring objectives are achieved within scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Manage project planning, risks, dependencies, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Gather, analyse, validate, and document business requirements.
- Define business processes, functional specifications, and workflow diagrams.
- Act as the bridge between business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives related to European standardisation and digital transformation.
✅ Must-Have Requirements:
- EQF Level 7 qualification (Master’s degree or equivalent).
- Minimum 10 years of professional IT experience.
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, including project planning and management.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in:
- Business Analysis and Business Modelling
- Requirements elicitation and management
- UML and BPMN
- Jira and Microsoft Project
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in Agile environments.
- Minimum 5 years of experience designing mock-ups and wireframes using tools such as Balsamiq, Figma, or Gliffy.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in querying, analysing, and validating data in relational databases.
- Mandatory certification in PM², PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
