As a Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Act as facilitator and team coach, supporting the Project Manager in coordinating Java teams (application development & maintenance) and Business Intelligence teams (data warehouse building and implementation of reporting solutions) .
• Collaborate with Project Manager, Business Analyst, Solution Architects, and development/testing teams in planning, execution, and status reporting of activities .
• Monitor costs, timescales, and resources used, taking action where these deviate from agreed tolerances .
• Guide the team using PM2-Agile methodologies and tools, removing blockers and obstacles to achieve iteration and release goals .
• Bridge the gap between front-end and back-end developers to ensure cohesive integration of all system components .
  
  

Minimum Requirements

✅ Must-Have Requirements:

• The candidate must be security clearable or already hold an EU-27 security clearance.
  
  

One of the following levels of qualification and general IT experience :

• University degree (Level 7 EQF - Master or 5 years higher education) + minimum 10 years of IT professional experience.
• University degree (Level 6 EQF - Bachelor or 3 years higher education) + minimum 12 years of IT professional experience.
• Secondary degree + minimum 17 years of IT professional experience.
  
  

Technical Expertise

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Team Leader on software projects, with at least 2 years as a Team Coordinator in PM2 Agile projects .
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with project management software such as JIRA and Microsoft Project .
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with collaboration platforms such as Confluence and SharePoint
  
  

Necessary Knowledge

• English: Minimum Level B2 or higher
• French is optional and beneficial .
• Cross-functional team leadership, aligning technical and business stakeholders, trade-offs evaluation, timely decision-making, and ability to explain complex technology in accessible terms .
• Past experience as a Java Developer, experience in BI projects, and experience in EU Transport domain IT projects .
