Advertising Graphic Designer

Adverdize is a Singapore-based digital marketing agency helping businesses grow through performance marketing, social media, search marketing, SEO, and website development.

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Advertising Graphic Designer based in the Philippines to join our team full-time. Your primary responsibility will be creating engaging advertising creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

This role is ideal for a designer who understands that effective advertising creatives must not only look good—they must also capture attention, communicate clearly, and encourage viewers to take action.

Key Responsibilities

• Design static, animated, and short-form video advertisements for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Create ad variations for different audiences, promotions, formats, and marketing angles.
• Produce social media formats such as feeds, Stories, Reels, carousel ads, and TikTok-style videos.
• Turn marketing briefs, scripts, raw footage, and brand assets into polished advertising creatives.
• Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, product highlights, and visual effects to video advertisements.
• Develop strong visual hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds.
• Resize and adapt creatives according to each platform’s specifications.
• Maintain consistency with each client’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Work closely with the marketing and account management teams to understand campaign objectives.
• Revise creatives based on internal feedback, client feedback, and advertising performance.
• Organise project files, source files, templates, and exported assets properly.
• Manage multiple client projects while meeting agreed deadlines.
• Stay updated on advertising trends, social media content styles, and high-performing creative formats.

Requirements

• At least 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, advertising design, social media design, or a related role.
• A strong portfolio featuring advertisements, social media creatives, motion graphics, or short-form videos.
• Proficiency in relevant design and editing software such as:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• CapCut
• Canva
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, colour, and branding.
• Experience designing for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Ability to create both static and motion-based advertising creatives.
• Good understanding of attention-grabbing hooks, calls to action, and direct-response advertising.
• Ability to follow creative briefs while contributing original ideas.
• Strong attention to detail and good time-management skills.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and completing revisions efficiently.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Reliable computer, stable internet connection, and a suitable remote working environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Experience creating creatives for Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Familiarity with performance marketing concepts such as click-through rate, conversions, creative testing, and audience targeting.
• Experience editing user-generated content, testimonial videos, product demonstrations, and promotional videos.
• Ability to write or improve short advertising headlines and on-screen text.
• Experience working with Singapore-based or international clients.
