We're hiring a skilled, AI-fluent Graphic Designer who's built for volume. You'll use Generative AI as a natural part of your design process - not occasionally, not experimentally, but every single day. You'll also be comfortable handling a high volume of briefs without the quality slipping.

🎯 What You'll Do

You'll work across the full range of what growing businesses need - brand identities, social assets, digital ads, presentations, print, packaging, and everything in between. Some days that's a full brand refresh. Some days it's social graphics that need to be out by end of day.

• End-to-End Execution: Deliver finished, production-ready design across branding, social, ads, and presentations - ready for the client to use immediately.

• Own Your Decisions: Make confident calls on layout, typography, and hierarchy without needing hand-holding.

• AI-First Workflow: You don't just know about AI tools - you design in them. You use Generative AI to explore directions, generate starting points, and move faster without cutting corners. This is a non-negotiable part of how we work.

• Handle Volume Without Blinking: Juggling multiple briefs, multiple clients, multiple deadlines - that's your normal. You don't slow down when it gets busy.

• Self-Directed QC: You notice something's off and you fix it - even if nobody asked you to. Work doesn't leave your hands unless it's ready.

🏆 What You'll Need to succeed

• 2 Years Experience: Agency or high-volume subscription background preferred. You know how to juggle multiple briefs and tight timelines without breaking a sweat.

• A Killer Portfolio: Clean, high-quality work across branding, digital, social, and marketing design. Bonus points if you can show AI-assisted work that still looks exceptional.

• AI Fluency: You use Midjourney, Firefly, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools as part of your actual design workflow - not just to say you've tried them.

• Multi-Tool Mastery: Work seamlessly across Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.

• Obsessive Fundamentals: Layout, typography, composition - you apply these consistently even when moving fast. AI generates the starting point. Your craft takes it the rest of the way.

• Volume Mindset: You've worked in environments where output matters. You know how to maintain quality across a high number of tasks.

• Autonomy: You manage your own workload, hit your deadlines, and flag blockers early - not after the fact.

• Clear Communication: Strong English to interpret briefs quickly and collaborate in a remote team.

• Availability: Online and focused during 9–5 GMT/BST.

• Reliable laptop or desktop capable of running design software smoothly
• Your own Adobe Creative Suite licence (Canva and Figma provided)
• Stable, high-speed internet
• A quiet, dedicated workspace for focused work
