The Role

This is not a “set up some campaigns and check them once a week” job. As our Ads Manager, you own the entire growth system for each client you manage: the ads, the funnel, the CRM, the automations, and the follow-up that turns leads into booked appointments. You are the technical owner of the client’s results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a book of clients, ramping up to 40-50 accounts slowly, keeping every account optimized, healthy, and moving
• Building, launching, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) for local service businesses
• Managing the full client system in GoHighLevel: CRM, pipelines, automations, workflows, and AI features
• Making sure leads are flowing correctly end to end, from ad to lead to follow-up to booked appointment
• Working directly with our design team to brief and produce high-performing creatives
• Analyzing performance data, finding what’s broken, and fixing it quickly
• Troubleshooting technical issues, tracking problems, and ad account restrictions or policy issues
• Communicating clearly with success managers so clients always know where things stand
• Documenting your work so any account can be picked up by someone else without confusion

Requirements

• Proven experience running Meta ads for local businesses (required, not “nice to have”)
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, including building automations, workflows, and AI features, and managing a CRM
• Ability to handle a book of 40-50 accounts without things slipping through the cracks
• Strong multitasking and organization skills in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills: you can read the numbers, diagnose the problem, and explain it simply
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication
• Experience with project management tools like Asana, Slack, and ClickUp
• Comfortable owning problems and results instead of waiting to be told what to do

Highly Recommended

• 2 to 3+ years in a digital marketing agency or managing multiple ad accounts
• Experience with direct response marketing
• Experience with Google Ads and TikTok Ads
• Background in beauty, health & wellness or other appointment-based local businesses
• Experience working with US-based companies

Job Type: Full-time (40+ hours per week)

Pay: $10-$15 USD per hour (depending on experience), plus weekly incentives, commissions, and performance bonuses
