Zespół: Commerce Rodzaj umowy: Pracownik Opis stanowiska Your main responsibilities: Lead and deliver end-to-end, complex advertising and marketing campaigns (including 360° campaigns) for top brands and sellers on Allegro across multiple platforms Coordinate cross-functional production teams (sales, graphic designers, AdOps, legal, and other internal departments) to ensure flawless campaign execution, timing, and quality Create high-quality sales enablement materials, bespoke client proposals, pitch decks, campaign scenarios, and post-buy summaries tailored to various client budgets Co-create and expand the advertising product offering for Allegro Advertising Office, shaping internal project management standards and workflows Monitor, optimize, and evaluate campaign efficiency and performance metrics, turning data into actionable recommendations and case studies for clients Manage end-to-end documentation, contract alignment with legal, and project risks, ensuring all advertising packages are market-ready Leverage AI tools and modern technologies to streamline internal processes, enhance delivery speed, and elevate client presentation standards This is the right job for you, if you: Have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in managing marketing and advertising projects, including multi-channel 360° campaigns (digital, ad formats, social media, offline) Possess an analytical mindset with strong data literacy, enabling you to evaluate performance metrics and translate them into valuable business insights Excel in cross-functional coordination, showing strong leadership to motivate, engage, and organize large project teams across various departments Demonstrate high ownership, structured organization, and a calm, decisive approach when operating under time pressure or handling crisis situations Are proactive and solution-oriented, eager to introduce new project standards, test innovative technologies (including AI tools), and shape business offers Speak and write fluent English and Polish (C1 level), allowing seamless communication with both local and international clients and stakeholders What we offer: Flexible working hours in the hybrid model (4/1) - working hours start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We also have 30 days of occasional remote work A great learning opportunity, working with people coming from a lot of experience in top tier strategy consulting and e-commerce space Well-located offices (with e.g., fully equipped kitchens, bicycle parking, terraces full of greenery) and excellent work tools (e.g., raised desks, ergonomic chairs, interactive conference rooms) A wide selection of fringe benefits in a cafeteria plan - you choose what you like (e.g., medical, sports or lunch packages, insurance, purchase vouchers) English classes that we pay for related to the specific nature of your job A training budget and an internal learning platform where you will find multiple trainings An additional day off for volunteering, which you can use alone, with a team, or with a larger group of people connected by a common goal Social events for Allegro people - Spin Kilometers, Family Day, Fat Thursday, and many other occasions we enjoy And that's just the beginning!
