We are looking for a graphic design professional who combines strategic thinking, creativity, and excellence in execution. You will collaborate with marketing, communications, and content teams to develop visual solutions aligned with business objectives, while integrating artificial intelligence into your daily creative practice. At BDC, we value inclusion, diversity, and the opportunity to be yourself at work.
CHALLENGES TO BE MET

- Develop creative concepts that strengthen the brand while supporting measurable business objectives.
- Design and produce integrated campaigns, digital content, marketing tools, presentations, brand assets, and communications tailored to diverse audiences.
- Present, explain, and defend creative recommendations using communication objectives, insights, data, and a deep understanding of the brand.
- Evolve the visual identity and brand systems to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Use artificial intelligence as an integral part of the creative process, particularly for research, ideation, prototyping, concept exploration, and optimizing deliverables.
- Rapidly explore different creative approaches, test hypotheses, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to the evolution of the team’s tools, work methods, and creative practices.
- Contribute directly to initiatives that have an impact on Canadian entrepreneurs.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or visual communication.
- Portfolio demonstrating:

- Understanding of marketing, communication, and customer experience challenges.
- Proficiency with current visual design tools.
- Advanced use of artificial intelligence in a visual design context or a strong, demonstrated ability to integrate it into the entire creative process.
- Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams (marketing, communications, content, or equivalent).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an advisory role with business partners or internal clients.
- Experience creating integrated, multiplatform campaigns.
- Experience managing or evolving large-scale visual identity systems.
- Experience testing, optimizing, and continuously improving content or creative assets based on data or performance analytics.
