EAG Advisor Relationship Managers are responsible for maintaining strong service standards across a defined group of advisors and clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively. By partnering with internal teams and cross-functional groups, the role drives a seamless experience across Orion’s products and services. As Orion continues to evolve its service model and expand the responsible use of AI-enabled tools, this role will use approved AI resources to reduce administrative effort, improve knowledge retrieval, strengthen case documentation, identify service trends, and support more proactive advisor engagement. Candidates should be located within a commutable distance to an office. Internal candidates currently aligned to an Orion office location may be given preference; however, internal candidates with varying work arrangements may be considered based on experience and business needs. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.

- Develop a strong understanding of advisor businesses, operational models, and service preferences
- Act as a trusted partner by anticipating needs, providing guidance, and delivering tailored solutions
- Promote advisor retention and long-term growth by identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and client outcomes
- Service assigned advisors and clients, including timely call handling and account management functions
- Act as the primary point of contact, managing requests from intake through resolution
- Provide updates, guidance, and support across all aspects of wealth management, including custodial and regulatory requirements
- Deliver a high-touch, “above and beyond” service experience aligned to the expectations of top-tier advisors
- Provide financial trade assistance, including point-of-call trade processing support and online trade execution
- Support account servicing activities, including billing inquiries, cost basis, cashiering, tax reporting, and alternative investments
- Assist with complex account scenarios such as account establishment, conversions, POAs, QDRO distributions, and non-standard changes
- Troubleshoot financial reporting output and resolve discrepancies
- Deliver expert product knowledge across Orion platforms and services
- Own advisor and client issues from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Analyze requests, develop solutions, and coordinate with internal teams as needed
- Maintain end-to-end ownership of issue resolution and proactive communication
- Proactively identify and resolve documentation issues (e.g., NIGO)
- Ensure all work is completed with accuracy, timeliness, and completeness aligned to service level expectations
- Train advisors on processes, systems, and available tools to support their business
- Promote platform usage in a consultative, resourceful manner
- Provide ongoing education and recommendations to improve advisor efficiency and effectiveness
- Build effective cross-functional working relationships with stakeholders across Service, Sales, Operations, and other internal teams to support seamless advisor experiences.
- Support workflow and queue oversight to ensure service level objectives are achieved
- Provide feedback to management and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with project work and cross-functional efforts as needed
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company requirements
- Complete verification and quality review activities to ensure accuracy of servicing work
- Maintain strong attention to detail in a high-risk financial environment
- Operate in a high financial risk environment where accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to regulatory and company requirements are critical to protecting advisors, clients, and the firm.
- Use approved AI tools to accelerate advisor inquiry resolution, summarize advisor interactions, support case documentation, and improve service follow-up quality.
- Review, validate, and apply judgment to AI-generated recommendations, communications, summaries, and case insights before using them in advisor-facing or internal decision-making.
- Leverage AI-assisted insights, advisor engagement data, service history, and sentiment indicators to anticipate advisor needs, identify service risks, and support proactive outreach.
- Use AI-enabled knowledge resources to quickly locate accurate guidance, platform information, process documentation, and next-best-action recommendations during service interactions.
- Identify recurring service issues, documentation gaps, NIGO trends, advisor pain points, and workflow friction using available reporting, analytics, and AI-assisted trend identification.
- Contribute feedback to improve AI knowledge sources, service workflows, case categorization, and advisor-facing support processes.
- Support responsible AI adoption by following approved usage standards, data privacy requirements, documentation expectations, and escalation procedures.
- Maintain human accountability for high-risk, regulatory, financial, or relationship-sensitive decisions, ensuring AI supports but does not replace professional judgment.
