Advisory Board Responsibilities

2-year term
Attend quarterly board meetings to provide high-level insight, counsel, and feedback.
Make an annual Board Investment as a means of unity and shared commitment.
Offer specialized input in your area(s) of expertise as needed for organizational decisions.
Participate in occasional one-off or 1:1 meetings when deeper insight is needed (e.g., events, projects, operational matters).
Support SOTA programs and events when available.

Expertise We're Seeking

We are specifically seeking individuals with experience in:

Accounting
Finance
Grant Writing & Development
Fundraising
Operations
Legal
Christian Education
Fine Arts / Performing Arts

Requirements

Pursue and maintain an intimate, authentic, surrendered relationship with Jesus Christ (Not religion. Not church culture. Genuine devotion and obedience to Him.)
Agree and align with SOTA’s Mission & Values
Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher
Demonstrate integrity, maturity, and a Spirit-led approach to leadership
Have experience relevant to nonprofit or organizational leadership
