Advocacy Consultant I Work From Home

Our client is looking for a Maybelline Advocacy Consultant to support influencer campaigns, KOL partnerships, PR activities, and brand advocacy initiatives.

Job Description

The Advocacy Consultant will support influencer and advocacy campaigns by:

• Managing KOL/influencer outreach and relationships.
• Assisting with product seeding, PR kits, events, and brand partnerships.
• Coordinating with KOL and PR agencies.
• Tracking KOL performance and campaign results.
• Monitoring trends, KOL growth, and competitors.
• Supporting campaign logistics and maintaining KOL records.
• Ensuring campaigns align with Maybelline’s brand objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; not open to students.
• Experience in Influencer Management or PR Activations is preferred but not required.
• Strong planning, project management, social media, and relationship management skills.
• Strategic, organized, analytical, adaptable, and proactive.
• Strong trend-spotting and brand awareness.
• Must have a reliable laptop and smartphone.
• Trendy, modern, and socially aware personality.
