Salmon GroupAbout Salmon
Salmon is a technology-driven financial services group, founded in July 2022 with the vision of building the best credit-led, technology-centric bank in Southeast Asia. We chose the Philippines as our first market and are now a licensed bank — Salmon Bank (Rural Bank) Inc. — and a consumer-lending group.
Salmon was founded by three co-founders who built and held senior leadership positions at Tinkoff, a highly successful tech-enabled bank that reached a market capitalization of more than US$20B. We're backed by world-class investors including the International Finance Corporation (a member of the World Bank Group), Lunate (an investment vehicle affiliated with Abu Dhabi's sovereign wealth fund), and other prominent technology investors from the US, Europe, and the Philippines.

Conduct and maintain macro market research and competitor analysis.
Support and help oversee special projects as they arise.

What we offer
You'll work at the center of Salmon's growth story, with direct visibility into how the business is funded, valued, and scaled. You'll be backed by a global team of finance and technology professionals and work alongside leadership on the decisions that shape Salmon's next stage. We follow a hybrid-first working arrangement.
