Key Responsibilities

Sales & Account Management
  • Win and onboard new wellbeing affiliate partners by pitching compelling value propositions to decision-makers.
  • Nurture and grow existing partnerships through reviews, optimisations, and new collaboration opportunities.
  • Position the client as a trusted, long-term partner within each partner’s marketing mix.

Campaign & Platform Execution
  • Negotiate and manage partner placements across quarterly campaigns to drive member engagement and results.
  • Influence the structure and opportunities in the client's placement campaigns alongside Marketing
  • Manage partner platform onboardings, offer adjustments, and ensure partner collateral on platform is high quality and up to date.

Product, Growth & Data
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product to test and launch new features, placements, and engagement tools that grow partner and member engagement.
  • Develop and deliver timely reporting for insights and decision making for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support upcoming database/systems transitions to ensure scalability.
  • Act as the voice of partners in shaping the client's growth.



Requirements

  • 2–5 years in partnerships, business development, or account management (affiliate, loyalty, or media background ideal).
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or related fields
  • Track record in both sales (prospecting, pitching, closing) and/or account management (optimisations, relationship growth).
  • Campaign management experience: planning, executing, and reporting.
  • Builder’s mentality—excited to create playbooks and processes.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong time management, prioritisation and adaptability skills.
  • Strong commercial mindset, balancing partner success and member engagement.
