AFFILIATE MARKETING MANAGER – iGAMING

Role Description

We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to join the team of an international company with over 20 years of experience in the iGaming industry.

The company operates in the online gaming market, with a particular focus on betting and online sports betting, online casinos, and affiliate marketing.

The successful candidate will play a strategic role in managing, developing, and optimizing the company’s affiliate program. They will be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with both existing and new affiliates and commercial partners.

The selected candidate will manage the day-to-day activities related to affiliates, from research and selection to onboarding, performance monitoring, and partnership development.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing and developing the Affiliate Marketing program within the iGaming industry;

* Researching, selecting, and acquiring new affiliates and partners;

* Managing relationships with international affiliates;

* Defining, implementing, and optimizing affiliate marketing campaigns;

* Collaborating with the Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams;

* Monitoring key KPIs and affiliate performance;

* Analyzing traffic, conversion, acquisition, and revenue data;

* Negotiating commercial agreements and terms with partners;

* Managing and optimizing the budget allocated to affiliate marketing activities;

* Preparing regular reports and performance analyses;

* Identifying new opportunities for channel growth and development;

* Managing affiliates’ operational requests and supporting promotional activities;

* Contributing to the development of the affiliate program growth strategy across international markets.

Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate has solid experience in the iGaming industry and, preferably, proven specific experience in Affiliate Marketing for betting, online sports betting, and/or online casinos.

The following qualifications are required:

* Experience managing affiliate marketing programs;

* Experience managing and developing affiliate and commercial partner networks;

* Knowledge of the iGaming, betting, and online casino markets;

* Strong marketing and sales skills;

* Ability to analyze KPIs, traffic, conversion, and revenue data;

* Excellent negotiation and commercial relationship management skills;

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

* A results-oriented mindset and the ability to work towards targets;

* Good command of English, both written and spoken;

* Knowledge of Analytics, CRM, and Affiliate Management platforms.

A degree in economics, marketing, communications, or a related field is considered an advantage, as is knowledge of additional foreign languages and major international iGaming markets.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – office-based and remote work
