Role Description The Affiliate Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and growing relationships with affiliate partners and publishers. This role involves onboarding new affiliates, negotiating terms, and optimizing campaign performance across multiple verticals and pricing models (CPI, CPR, CPA). The Affiliate Manager will monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure offers are competitive, compliant, and aligned with client objectives. Daily tasks include maintaining clear communication with partners, resolving issues promptly, identifying new growth opportunities, and preparing regular performance reports and forecasts. The role also requires staying current with online marketing trends and competitor activity to strengthen Appatira’s affiliate network.
Qualifications
- Affiliate Management and Online Marketing skills to develop, optimize, and scale affiliate programs.
- Account Management and Communication skills to build strong, long-term relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Sales and negotiation skills to secure competitive terms, drive revenue growth, and identify new partnership opportunities.
- Experience with performance marketing models (CPI, CPR, CPA) and familiarity with key verticals such as Gaming, Casino, FinTech, Banking, E-commerce, Utilities, and Mobile Apps.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, use tracking platforms, and make data-driven decisions.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities in a remote environment.
- Comfort working in a fully remote, international setting and collaborating across diverse teams and cultures.
- Relevant experience in affiliate marketing, digital advertising, or performance marketing; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
