Role Description The Public Relations Communications Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the executive will plan and execute PR campaigns, draft and distribute press releases, and manage day-to-day media relations with journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders.


Responsibilities include developing compelling narratives for lifestyle brands, preparing communication materials, and coordinating interviews, events, and special initiatives that align with clients’ values and campaign goals.


The full-time role also involves monitoring media coverage, preparing PR reports, and supporting content creation for digital and social platforms. The executive will collaborate closely with the founder and clients to ensure consistent messaging, timely responses to media inquiries, and effective positioning in target markets.


Qualifications

  • Strong public relations and media relations skills, including experience managing press interactions and building relationships with journalists and partners.
  • Proficiency in writing and developing press releases, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and accurate communication materials.
  • Excellent overall communication skills, including presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement across different channels.
  • Ability to plan and support PR campaigns and events, including coordination, logistics, and follow-up reporting.
  • Experience or strong interest in lifestyle, consumer, or social impact sectors is advantageous.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Comfort with digital tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics to support communication strategy and reporting.
