Affiliate Manager (Rev-share) Apply Job Description We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Manager with strong experience in Rev-share model to build, manage, and scale high-performing affiliate partnerships. An expert in connecting with either affiliate networks or influencers in Forex CFDs and prop-trading spaces. You will be responsible for sourcing new affiliaes, optimizing campaign performance, and driving revenue growth through data-led decision-making. Location : Hybrid – Malta Responsibilities: As an Affiliate Manager , your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Affiliate Acquisition & Partnerships Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners ( networks, influencers , media buyers). Develop and maintain long-term relationships with top-performing affiliates. Negotiate commercial terms ( rev-share , CPA, hybrid where applicable). Campaign Management & Optimization Launch, monitor, and optimize affiliate campaigns across multiple GEOs (LatAm, Asia, Europe, Middle East). Track performance metrics such as rev-share, ROI conversion rates. Continuously test creatives, funnels, and traffic sources to improve results. Performance Analysis & Reporting Analyze affiliate performance using tracking platforms (e.g. Voluum, Affise, Everflow). Provide regular reports and actionable insights to internal stakeholders. Forecast campaign performance and scaling opportunities. Compliance & Fraud Prevention Monitor traffic quality and ensure compliance with regulatory and brand guidelines. Detect and prevent fraudulent activities (e.g. fake leads, bonus abuse, arbitrage violations). Ensure affiliates follow agreed marketing standards and policies. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, CRM, payments, and product teams. Align campaigns with promotions, retention strategies, and customer lifecycle. Support landing page and funnel optimization. Requirements: Experience 2–5+ years in affiliate marketing / performance marketing. Proven experience managing rev-share model (FX CFDs preferred). Strong network of affiliates and traffic sources is a big plus. Skills Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making Experience with tracking tools (Voluum, Affise, etc.) Understanding of traffic sources (SEO, PPC, social, native, email, influencers) Negotiation and relationship management skills What’s in it for you?
