Affiliate Manager (TikTok Shop)

Role Description The Affiliate Manager (TikTok Shop) is a full-time remote role responsible for building, managing, and optimizing affiliate partnerships on TikTok Shop to drive sales and brand visibility. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and recruiting relevant creators and affiliates, negotiating collaboration terms, and onboarding partners into the TikTok Shop ecosystem. The role involves monitoring affiliate performance, analyzing campaign metrics, and making data-driven recommendations to improve conversion and ROI. The Affiliate Manager will coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align affiliate activities with promotional calendars, create clear communication plans, and ensure consistent brand messaging. This position also includes maintaining accurate records of affiliate agreements, providing regular performance reports, and staying current on TikTok trends and platform updates.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Affiliate Management skills, including experience with TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms.
• Candidates should possess solid Account Management abilities to support, nurture, and grow relationships with creators, affiliates, and key partners.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, negotiate with affiliates, and deliver clear performance updates.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills to drive revenue, manage promotional offers, and support conversion-focused initiatives.
• Candidates should possess Online Marketing knowledge, including social media marketing, influencer marketing, and basic performance analytics.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with TikTok content formats, experience in e-commerce or digital retail, strong analytical and reporting skills, and proficiency with spreadsheets or affiliate tracking tools.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple partnerships simultaneously, and adapt quickly to platform and market changes.
