Role Description The Affiliate Manager (TikTok Shop) is a full-time remote role responsible for building, managing, and optimizing affiliate partnerships to drive sales and brand visibility on TikTok Shop. In this role, the individual will identify and onboard new affiliates and creators, maintain strong relationships with existing partners, and monitor performance metrics to maximize campaign effectiveness. Daily activities include coordinating promotional activities, negotiating affiliate terms, tracking conversions, and preparing performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders. The Affiliate Manager will work closely with marketing and sales teams to align affiliate campaigns with overall online marketing strategies, ensure compliance with platform policies, and test new approaches to increase reach and revenue.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Affiliate Management and Account Management skills to recruit, support, and grow TikTok Shop partner relationships.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with creators, internal teams, and external stakeholders in a clear, professional manner.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to negotiate terms, influence partner performance, and help drive revenue through affiliate activities.
• Candidates should possess Online Marketing skills, including an understanding of social commerce, TikTok Shop mechanisms, and performance tracking.
• Relevant qualifications such as experience with influencer marketing, e-commerce platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., dashboards, spreadsheets) are beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• A background in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in affiliate or e-commerce roles, is advantageous.
