Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to service partners and end customers, primarily in the Romanian market (via phone, email, and ticketing system).
  • Analyze and diagnose technical issues related to products and equipment.
  • Validate service claims and oversee the accuracy of their processing.
  • Cooperate with R&D, Quality, Production, and Logistics departments to resolve issues and implement improvements.
  • Prepare and deliver basic technical training sessions for service partners.
  • Participate in audits and service visits at international partner locations.
  • Analyze after-sales data (e.g., failure rates, costs, trends) and recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Initiate and support activities aimed at developing service processes within the region.
  • Support warranty processes and monitor the accuracy of service claim submissions.

Requirements

  • Technical education (preferred fields: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related disciplines).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the automotive, machinery, or related industries (service, technical advisory, or customer support roles).
  • Very good command of Romanian (mandatory) and good command of English.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and diagrams (mechanical or electrical).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel and Outlook) and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and ability to draw conclusions from data.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and problem-solving mindset.
  • Willingness to travel for short business trips (primarily within Romania).

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • Knowledge of a second foreign language (e.g., Bulgarian or Czech).
  • Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or similar systems.
  • Understanding of service network operations and warranty processes.
