We combine built-for-ag software (Farmer Metrics) with ag finance coaching, serving farm families who are making the biggest financial decisions of their lives. What We Offer: Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 base + bonus tied directly to onboarding completion and retention outcomes. Healthcare: Health Reimbursement Program Retirement: 401(k) participation Time Off: Flexible Time Off plus Paid Company Holidays Remote Work Support: Up to $500 annual home office and wellness reimbursement About the Role You've spent years inside a bank or Farm Credit association doing the real work: spreading financials, building projections, understanding exactly why an operation cashflows or doesn't. This role is the other side of that work. No loan committee, no credit box, no saying no to a family you know you could help. Just you, the farmer's actual numbers, and the responsibility to make their operation stronger. Onboarding: Take new customers from signed-up to confident: financials loaded, numbers accurate, and a farmer who understands their own operation better in 30 days than they did after 20 years of bank meetings. Ongoing Care: Proactive, scheduled, prepared touchpoints where you show up already knowing their numbers, marketing plan, and debt structure. Retention: Ensure customers renew because the value is undeniable. Identify wobbling accounts in data early and take proactive action. The Standard: As our first hire in this profile, your onboarding, communication, and retention methods will set the documented standard and playbook for the team. Ideal Candidate Great with Numbers & People: You are the analyst customers ask for by name, trusted by both farmers and loan officers alike. Service Instinct: You return calls same-day, prepare meticulously for meetings, and take customer clarity personally. AI-Forward & Adaptable: Eager to use AI tools to prep for calls, analyze financials, and efficiently serve 2–3x the book of a traditional analyst without sacrificing personal care. Mission-Aligned: Passionate about family farms, generational legacy, faith, and family. Responsive to direct, skeptical, and fiercely loyal farm families. Experience and Qualifications Required: Must be located in US (Remote with Central-time overlap). 3+ years as a credit analyst, portfolio manager, or relationship manager at an ag bank, Farm Credit association, or ag lender. Ability to spread farm financials, build cash flow projections, calculate cost of production/breakevens, and clearly explain financial concepts like working capital in plain language. Preferred: Experience or familiarity with AI tools for financial analysis and workflow automation. Background serving diverse farm operation sizes and types. A 2-3 minute video introducing yourself and explaining working capital to a farmer the way you actually would will be required to be considered for this role. We participate in E-Verify .
