At the heart of our continued success is over 115,000 team members working across the country, all contributing to bringing our customers smiles. You’ll not only get to see your work make a difference, you’ll be part of a team working together to help Australians eat and live better every day.

About the team

Coles 360 is all about connections. It’s how we connect with customers at every turn of their lives. It’s how we use the power of Coles’ shopper data to maximise that connection. It’s how we partner at levels to drive more meaningful campaigns and measure the impact they create. Coles 360 combines the power of customer connections, media connections and partner connections to offer brands a one-stop media solution.

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Coles 360 in a newly created role, offering exposure to national, omnichannel retail media campaigns and the chance to help shape how we work with our agency partners. With ambitious growth plans, you’ll have genuine scope to influence campaign delivery processes, build strong industry relationships and contribute to the evolution of our retail media business.

Working at the intersection of Agency Sales and Ad Operations, you’ll coordinate advertising campaigns across Coles’ in-store, digital and off-site media channels. From post-sale initial briefing through to post-campaign reporting, you’ll bring together media agencies, client partners and internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and deliver against client expectations.

Applications and referrals open until EOD Friday October 16. If you have questions about this opportunity, please reach out to the Hiring Manager, Ben Dixon.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of agency campaigns, from post-sale execution briefing and launch through to post-campaign reporting.
  • Build strong relationships with media agencies, client partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage campaign briefs, creative assets, approvals and delivery timelines across multiple media channels.
  • Monitor campaign progress, resolve issues and keep stakeholders informed throughout delivery.
  • Partner with Ad Operations and Measurement teams to coordinate reporting and capture campaign learnings.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve campaign delivery as the business grows.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in a media agency or publisher environment, ideally across campaign delivery, account management or media operations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple advertising campaigns from briefing through to completion.
  • Sound understanding of media workflows, creative requirements and omnichannel campaign delivery.
  • Strong agency and client relationship management skills, with confidence engaging external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle competing priorities and deadlines.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
