Ta contribution à l'équipe

• Effectuer l'analyse d'un ensemble de demandes de prestations d'assurance salaire en plus du service de gestion des absences
• Faire des recommandations et transmettre les décisions et les plans d'action relatifs aux demandes de règlements
• Faire preuve de dynamisme et d'empathie afin d’offrir une expérience client hors du commun et de contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs
• Élaborer et mettre en œuvre les interventions qui réduisent la durée des invalidités
• Être un acteur important assurant le retour à la santé et au travail de nos clients

Ce qui te permet de réussir

• Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC)
• Expérience pertinente au service à la clientèle (ex. centre d’appels, domaine de la santé, etc.)
