POSITION OVERIVEW
National Agency Support Operations is seeking a highly qualified and detail-oriented professional for the Agent Support Coordinator role. This position plays a key role in supporting the department's responsibilities related to the onboarding, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of both prospective and established agency partners.
Primary responsibilities include reviewing, evaluating, and resolving items associated with new agency applications, contracts, amendments, and maintenance requests. The Agent Support Coordinator will also provide administrative support, coordinate cross-functional activities, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, fulfill information requests, gather and analyze data, prepare reports, and assist with departmental projects and initiatives as needed.
LOCATION
- This role is hybrid based in our Jacksonville, FL office.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and process new agency applications, contracts, amendments, and maintenance requests.
- Monitor and maintain agency records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate activities and tasks across departments to support operational objectives.
- Communicate effectively with internal business partners and external agency contacts.
- Respond to information requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Collect, organize, and prepare data for reporting and analysis.
- Perform a variety of administrative and office support functions.
- Support department projects and other operational initiatives as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
- Understanding of data collection, organization, and preparation for business reporting.
- Basic bookkeeping and accounting knowledge.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Experience with or demonstrated interest in AI tools and platforms preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
