We are looking for an Agentic AI Engineer to join our team and help transform enterprise business processes through secure, measurable and scalable AI solutions.

In this role, you will apply an Applied AI approach to turn artificial intelligence technologies into solutions for tangible business needs. You will actively contribute to the design and development of AI agents, enterprise knowledge assistants, RAG-based applications, document-processing solutions and AI-enabled software development workflows. Using Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Copilot Studio and related enterprise technologies, you will develop solutions that progress from proof of concept to production.

The role is not limited to model or prompt development. It covers the complete solution lifecycle, from validating technical feasibility to architecture and integration, from security and quality evaluation to production deployment and continuous improvement. The primary objective is to integrate AI technologies with enterprise systems and turn them into reliable, sustainable solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop single-agent and multi-agent architectures and agentic workflows.
• Develop enterprise AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Implement RAG architectures using hybrid retrieval, embeddings, vector search and source-grounding approaches.
• Develop secure tool and function-calling integrations that enable agents to communicate with enterprise systems, REST APIs, data sources and business workflows.
• Develop Document AI solutions capable of processing PDFs, Word documents, Excel files and other unstructured enterprise content.
• Validate the technical feasibility and potential business value of AI use cases through focused prototypes and comparative studies.
• Compare models and solution architectures based on response quality, task-completion performance, latency, security and operating cost.
• Incorporate human-in-the-loop controls, authorization, approvals, stop conditions, fallback strategies and rollback mechanisms into agent workflows.
• Work on prompt and context management, model selection, token usage, latency and cost optimization.
• Integrate the principles of KVKK compliance, Responsible AI and enterprise information security throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Develop solutions that support the controlled use of AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and Kiro across software design, coding, testing, documentation and code-review processes.
• Collaborate with software, data, security, infrastructure, product and business teams to move solutions from PoC to UAT and production.
• Document architectural decisions, integrations, solution behaviour, technical limitations and operational requirements.
• Contribute to shared AI platform standards by developing reusable prompts, agents, connectors, evaluation assets and orchestration components.
• Monitor production AI solutions after deployment and continuously improve them based on user feedback, quality metrics, failure analysis and business outcomes.
• Keep up to date with emerging GenAI, Agentic AI and LLM technologies and evaluate their applicability to enterprise needs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or a related engineering discipline.
• At least five years of professional experience in engineering roles.
• Hands-on development experience with LLM, Generative AI or agent-based solutions, including experience taking at least one solution into a pilot or production environment.
• Application development experience with at least one of the following technologies: Python or .NET.
• Knowledge and experience in REST APIs, SQL, relational data structures, authentication and authorization.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search or a comparable enterprise GenAI platform.
• Working knowledge of secure software development, Responsible AI and human-in-the-loop principles.
• Ability to work with a testing and quality-engineering mindset and systematically evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, reliability and consistency.
• Ability to produce clear documentation covering architectural decisions and technical solutions.
• Ability to connect technical topics with business needs and measurable success criteria.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and take ownership independently.
• Ability to learn new technologies, structure ambiguous problems and adapt to changing requirements.
• Advanced written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, SharePoint or Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Experience developing MCP servers, agent skills or enterprise tool integrations.
• Experience with AI-enabled SDLC, code-review agents or test agents.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services or another regulated industry.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with Power BI, semantic models or enterprise reporting platforms.
