About the Role

Marketers Team (https://www.marketers.team/) is a Utopia Studio Co-Build company. This internship sits inside that company, not a general studio marketing track. As an Agentic Operator Intern with Marketers Team, you'll work with Dariya to build daily prototypes that make the company move faster: AI agents, automations, and working product surfaces used in live campaigns and founder work. Real work, real shipping, from day one.

What You'll Do

• Build and iterate prototypes every day for Marketers workflows

• Turn briefs into working agents, tools, and automations Dariya's team can use

• Operate inside live Marketers processes alongside the core team

• Own deliverables, not tasks

• Move fast, iterate, and ship things that actually get used

• You've built something with AI, even if it's scrappy

• You think in specifics, not generalities

• You move without waiting to be told

• You can hold multiple things at once without dropping them
