Agentic Software Engineering Intern

We are currently looking for a passionate Agentic Software Engineering Intern to join our AI-driven development environment and work on real-world software projects using modern AI-powered engineering tools.

This internship combines traditional engineering with agentic workflow design: shaping how AI agents plan, execute, review, and collaborate across our repos, tasks, and tooling.

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving skills with 500+ ACM solutions

• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, algorithms, and data structures

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and basic backend development

• Basic understanding of APIs, MySQL/MongoDB, and Git/GitHub

• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor

• Strong interest in AI-native and agentic software development

• Ability to effectively instruct, guide, review, and validate AI-generated code

• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from any reputed local or foreign university

• Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English

Compensation & Learning Curve:

• Monthly internship allowance up to 8,000 BDT

• Hybrid flexibility (blend of remote work and in-office office days)

• Learn to use AI coding agents to explore codebases, implement features, debug, refactor, and test software.

• Gain hands-on experience with Claude Code, Cursor and similar agentic development tools.

• Learn background agents, subagents, multi-agent workflows, and agent orchestration.

• Learn the fundamentals of MCP, agent Skills, plugins, slash commands, and hooks to extend AI agent capabilities.

• Learn context engineering and project-level agent instructions such as [AGENTS.md], [CLAUDE.md], [GEMINI.md], and Cursor Rules.

• Learn how AI agents can interact with GitHub, task management, documentation, testing, and development workflows.

• Learn to review and validate AI-generated work for quality, security, reliability, and maintainability.

• Gain practical experience with Git, GitHub, code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and deployment workflows.

• Work with experienced engineers on real-world frontend, backend, API, database, and infrastructure projects.

Office Hour:

8.00 AM – 4.30 PM from Monday - Friday
