About the Role We are seeking an Agile Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping the future of our cutting-edge financial services platform. You will work closely with software developers, business stakeholders, and third-party technology providers to define and refine requirements, optimize user experiences, and ensure the delivery of high-value solutions. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support product development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and refine backlog items. Facilitate agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and example mapping sessions. Identify and define non-functional requirements such as security, usability, and performance. Work with development teams (.Net stack) to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business objectives. Support UAT and implementation activities to ensure seamless product releases. Track and analyze key product metrics to assess performance and drive continuous improvements. Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable solutions. What Were Looking For To excel in this role, you should have: Proven experience as an Agile Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst in a software development environment. Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience working in agile teams. Experience working on complex software development projects with tight deadlines. Preferably with experience to Microsoft .Net environments. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools for backlog and requirement management. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. A proactive and collaborative approach, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Desirable Skills & Experience: Background in financial services, fintech, or wealth/financial advisory platforms. Experience working with third-party software providers and integration projects. Knowledge of analytics tools such as Pendo, Heap, or similar. Understanding of straight-through processing solutions. Whats in it for You?
