The Agile Coach helps teams and clusters improve performance, quality, and predictability, implement company frameworks, enhance processes and culture, and leads change initiatives while facilitating key team events.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and run a continuous improvement system for teams and clusters: delivery & discovery performance, quality, predictability, engagement, and team maturity (e.g., throughput, lead time, cycle time, predictability, quality signals, discovery-to-delivery flow)
- Partner with Engineering and Product Heads of Clusters to turn data and observations into measurable outcomes across the end-to-end lifecycle (from discovery to rollout).
- Enable effective collaboration between PMs, engineers, and stakeholders: alignment, decision-making, and healthy delivery cadence.
- Help teams adapt and apply company frameworks (ways of working, governance)
- Proactively contribute to improving internal processes and culture: experimentation, feedback loops, transparency, and accountability.
- Facilitate cluster-level events (workshops, kick-offs, retros, planning, alignment sessions)
- Lead change initiatives end-to-end: identify opportunities, shape proposals, align stakeholders, drive adoption, and ensure changes land in day-to-day practice
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 3–6 years in roles: Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery/Program management, or a similar role in product/tech environments.
- Hands-on experience in product development (working with engineering and product teams, not just theory).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and when to use which.
- Confident with tools: Jira/Confluence (Atlassian), Miro, Google Docs/Sheets, and related tracking/reporting systems. Proficiency in AI tooling would be a plus (e.g., AI for analysis, documentation, facilitation prep, automation)
- Able to work independently: identify problems, structure ambiguity, and drive solutions end-to-end.
- Excellent communication: facilitation, stakeholder management, and crisp written updates.
- Technical background is a plus (engineering, analytics, systems thinking).
