This Position reports to:

R&D Technology Manager

Your role and responsibilities :

In this role, you will have the opportunity to initiate and drive technology, software, product, and/or solution development using in-depth technical expertise in a specific area. Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development (R&D) for in-depth product or technology-related issues. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting strategic corporate technology management and future product/software/solution architecture.

The work model for the role is: (parttime)

This role is contributing to the Process Automation business for Process Control Platform division based in Bangalore, India

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Understanding of the “new” process and organization and accordingly discuss with the APEX PCP R&D core team.
• Support in roll out of the process to R&D teams
• Contribute to the training content preparation for the process
• Actively “coach” teams to align to the process / changes

Qualifications for the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Builds and maintains customer relationships, seeks feedback, and provides innovative solutions to meet customer requirements and deliver improvements.

• Collect feedback from the teams and check on the process implementation level (for IN and other locations)
• Part of core implementation team (across the R&D community) post process roll out
• He could be part of “train the trainer” team
