The ideal candidate should have strong Figma skills, a good understanding of UX/UI principles, accessibility, responsive design, and design systems. You should be comfortable working in an Agile environment, collaborating with stakeholders, using feedback and data to improve designs, and delivering high-quality design work within sprint timelines.

  • Design intuitive UX and UI experiences for web-based customer journeys.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, page layouts, interactions, and prototypes.
  • Apply usability, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.
  • Use Figma effectively, including Auto Layout, components, variants, and responsive layouts.
  • Follow and contribute to design systems, components, patterns, and guidelines.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, creative, copy, brand, and app teams.
  • Use product data, analytics, usability feedback, and A/B test learnings to improve designs.
  • Support usability testing by preparing designs, observing sessions, and applying feedback.
  • Prepare clear design handoff documentation for engineering teams.
  • Participate in design reviews, quality checks, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Deliver design work within sprint timelines and flag risks, dependencies, or constraints early.
  • Stay updated with web design best practices, accessibility standards, and emerging tools, including responsible use of AI in design.
  • 2–3 years of experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
  • B2C digital or web product design experience is preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, and prototyping.
  • Good understanding of UX principles, UI design, responsive design, and accessibility basics.
  • Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
  • Basic understanding of Agile delivery processes.
  • Ability to interpret product data, usability insights, and feedback to improve design outcomes.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS concepts is a plus, but coding is not mandatory.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI execution, thoughtful design decisions, and product maturity.
