Job Description:
Our client, a leading automotive and life-health company, is seeking a highly skilled CIO to lead their technology division. The ideal candidate will have experience in DevOps, Azure, and Cloud Agnostic technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the company's technology strategy in alignment with the overall business objectives.
Oversee the IT department, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members and other departments.
Drive innovation and identify new technologies that can help the company achieve its business goals.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring that all technology initiatives are executed with excellence.
Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately.
Maintain strong relationships with key vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
Ensure that the company's technology infrastructure is secure, reliable, and scalable.
Implement best practices in software development, testing, and deployment, with a focus on DevOps methodologies.
Ensure that the company's cloud infrastructure is optimized for performance and cost efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in information technology, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience with Azure and Cloud Agnostic technologies.
Strong experience in DevOps methodologies and tools.
Experience in the automotive or life-health industry is a plus.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work mode, with a combination of remote and onsite work.
