As an Agile Tribe Technical Lead (TTL) for the Allianz Business System (ABS) at Allianz Technology SE, München, Zweigniederlassung Wallisellen, you will play a crucial role that combines technical expertise with leadership skills to guide a team in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the ABS platform. You work with the ABS Agile Tribe Lead (Product Manager) from our customer and partner Allianz Suisse and ensure technical delivery excellence across all squads. You will support the squads to work towards a consistent technology roadmap and driving the technology strategy according to group standards where required, managing technical debt, and ensuring successful delivery of technology within the Tribe. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, along with proven experience in a technical leadership role within an agile environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will be working with cross-functional teams and driving technical synchronization. What you do

• Develop the Tribe vision, strategy, and roadmap (technical) in collaboration with the Agile
• Tribe Lead (Product Manager) and with the Solution Architect.
• Together with the ABS Service Owner the TTL is accountable for cost efficiency.
• Setting the scope, distributing, and prioritizing conflicting requirements across squads.
• Create and maintain a technical roadmap where possible based on group standards.
• Manage the technical delivery of the tribe.
• Establish critical non-functional requirements and manage technical debt.
• Support the Squad Members like Product Owners, Agile Masters, or IT Application Owners
• and managing interdependencies across squads in the tribe.
• Drive the improvement of the Continuous Delivery Pipeline within the Tribe and ensure quality
• in the Software development Lifecycle.
• Foster innovation and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What you bring

• Proven experience in a technical leadership role within an agile environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills are essential, as
• you will be working with cross-functional teams and driving technical synchronization.
• Deep understanding of technical aspects and architecture roadmaps.
• Hands-on attitude with great abilities to decompose complex system landscapes.
• Strong knowledge of different agile practices.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc. is also required.
• "Out-of-the-box" mindset and enjoys strategic analysis and implementation work.
• Open and solution-focused personality with assertiveness.
• Languages: German & English (m/s): mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use
