  • Agreement Review and Mark-up: Review agreements against standard templates and approved language library, which may include the use of AI or other tools; prepare redlines; manage document version control and communications with external parties as well as MITRE business partners in legal, contracts, subcontracts, and procurement as needed to assist with nonstandard terms; and manage agreement execution using e-signature tools such as DocuSign.
  • Success Management: Support MITRE staff requests to understand agreement processes and existing agreement availability; maintain the agreements repository. Support post-agreement follow-up by tracking agreements for key dates and terms and conditions, such as renewals, expiration, deliverables, reporting, and mandatory notifications; manage communications with internal and external parties to confirm public good and compliance outcomes; develop or enhance training materials; and support internal and external communications announcements related to IP licensing and partnerships.
  • University Partnerships: Collaborate with MITRE business partners and technical resources to track, strengthen, and deepen MITRE’s relationships with universities through a shared engagement model, which may include developing co-research and innovation opportunities, intern and early career talent pipelines, training and continuing education for MITRE staff, facility and infrastructure use, or other focused opportunities.
