As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Agreements Executive to join our team supporting one of the world's leading automotive groups, Volkswagen Group.

  • Database Management: Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, ensuring data is up to date and easily accessible.

  • Brand Representation: Representing the Volkswagen Group brands positively in all interactions.

  • Customer Service Excellence: Developing strong relationships both within the office and with clients, providing exceptional service and support.

  • Communication: Distributing finalised agreements to customers and key stakeholders, responding to queries efficiently via email and phone.

You'll ideally have:

  • Strong IT skills, with experience using CRM or database systems.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

  • A proactive approach and the ability to take personal responsibility for your work.

  • A positive, professional approach and a willingness to learn and develop.

We believe great people deserve a great experience too.

Our benefits include:

  • £500 annual Health & Wellbeing Allowance to support your physical and mental wellbeing.

  • Access to Education Bursaries to support your personal and professional development.

  • Birthday day off plus a birthday voucher.

  • Company pension scheme.

  • Private medical insurance, dental cover and healthcare plans for dependants.

  • 22 days annual leave, increasing to 30 days with length of service.

  • Subsidised car purchase schemes, with opportunities for short-term leases on popular models.

  • Training and development opportunities through our in-house academy.
