Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will help accelerate the adoption of AI-enabled ways of working, foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, and support transformation initiatives that enhance operational excellence. What you´ll do

• Drive the adoption of AI and digital solutions across Global Supply Chain & Operations by translating strategy into practical business use cases
• Enable employees to effectively understand, embrace, and utilize AI tools in their day-to-day work
• Act as a change agent to promote AI-driven ways of working and support successful transformation initiatives
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes
• Develop user capability and adoption programs to accelerate value realization from AI investments
• Support the integration of AI solutions into existing processes and workflows to maximize impact
• Monitor adoption progress and help ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable business value

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Administration, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum two (2) years of Artificial Intelligence (AI) adoption, enablement, or transformation experience, with at least three (3) years of relevant professional experience. Strong understanding of AI and digital technologies, including hands-on experience with GenAI and Microsoft Copilot.
• Proven experience identifying AI use cases, driving adoption strategies, and translating AI capabilities into practical business value.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across global teams
• Strong project and program management capabilities, including managing multiple initiatives, tracking adoption metrics/KPIs, and driving continuous improvement
• Collaborative and people-oriented professional with strong stakeholder management, coaching, and change leadership skills. Exposure to Supply Chain and Operations processes is preferred
• Amenable to a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM to 12:00 MN) and a hybrid work setup in Ayala Avenue, Makati
