AI Adoption Specialist
CoreGoCorego is an event technology company powering large-scale events and festivals. Our seamless payment and access control solutions ensure smooth operations and effortless experiences for attendees and organizers alike. Combining technical innovation with deep industry expertise, we help bring ambitious live experiences to life.
We are looking for a proactive, people-focused AI Adoption Specialist to drive how Corego works with AI — turning scattered, ad-hoc use of AI tools into one shared way of working across our back-office functions globally. The role sits within our global Data & AI team and works horizontally across all country organizations.
This is not a traditional IT support role. We're looking for someone who genuinely understands how people work day-to-day and can translate that into practical AI adoption — one tool stack, one set of guidelines, one set of best practices, and one way of measuring usage, backed by real training and support.
We welcome applications from candidates with a background in training and L&D, digital tools support, IT helpdesk, operations, or similar cross-team support work. Whether your experience comes from rolling out new tools, coaching colleagues, or keeping a distributed team aligned, we value your hands-on comfort with AI tools and your ability to bring people along with change.
What you'll do
- Roll out the agreed AI tool stack, guidelines, and best practices across all country teams
- Track adoption and usage by function and by country, and report on it regularly
- Act as the visible, reachable point of contact for back-office staff on AI tooling
- Deliver onboarding and refresher training sessions, adapted for local teams
- Provide first-line support and troubleshooting; escalate complex issues appropriately
- Collect field feedback and use cases to help evolve our guidelines and best practices
Practical Information
This is a permanent, full-time position. We're hoping the right person can start on 1 December 2026. The position will be filled as soon as a suitable candidate is found, so act fast.
The role is based in Helsinki, Finland or Hamburg, Germany, with a hybrid working model. Regular travel to Corego's offices is required, to deliver AI training and support in person.
Salary range is EUR 3,000–4,000 gross per month, depending on experience.
Who you are
You have 1–3 years of experience in training/L&D, digital tools support, IT helpdesk, operations, or similar cross-team support work.
You are genuinely comfortable using common AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot in your everyday work — not just in theory.
You're comfortable working across multiple countries and cultures, and can communicate clearly with non-technical audiences.
You have strong organizational skills and can track a rollout independently, keeping on top of outstanding items without close supervision.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in a scale-up, or rolling out a new tool or process to a distributed team
- Additional European language skills (e.g. Nordic languages, German)
Languages
- English (fluent)
- Finnish (fluent)
Why Corego?
- Work with meaningful, growth-driven solutions — our technology powers seamless payment and access experiences for hundreds of thousands of people at some of Europe's most memorable live events, giving you a dynamic, forward-looking environment to build and grow in.
- Take on real ownership — you'll have genuine influence over how our data platform evolves, with the trust and space to shape decisions rather than just execute on them.
- Grow with an international team — you'll collaborate closely with experienced colleagues, contributing to Corego's international journey.
- Enjoy a culture that balances ambition and authenticity — we're professional, driven, and down-to-earth. We take our work seriously, without taking ourselves too seriously.
