About the role and what you’ll OWN

🛠️ Design & Build — Craft new browser automations from scratch: break down a goal, pick the right prompts, and stitch together actions until the bot nails it

🚢 Ship Fast, Iterate Faster — Track issues, triage client feedback, and push fixes—sometimes the same day—so customers never lose momentum

Soft skills/qualities that will make you successful

• Build before you ask. You like having the keys and making things work

• Live for the “aha.” You take pride and ownership over your work

• Context-switch like a pro. Multiple client projects in flight? Bring it on

• Communicate clearly. Crisp docs, async updates, and radical honesty

• Know the playground. You’ve dabbled with Puppeteer, Playwright, Selenium, UIPath, or any low-code RPA tool—or you’re eager to learn fast.
