Responsibilities

The company serves as a technology partner that aligns closely with clients' challenges to co-create solutions through cutting-edge technology and flexible approaches.

As a Tech Lead who forms the technical core of AI agent development, this position will spearhead projects focused on next-generation AI agents utilizing LLMs (Large Language Models) as well as AI-driven (AI-Native) development.

Moving beyond the simple utilization of AI models, the mission is to maximize client business value by leading the architecture design and implementation required for agents to reference "accurate knowledge (data)" and "autonomously execute tasks" while integrating seamlessly with external systems.

Specifically:

【Architecture Design & Implementation of AI Agents】

Select technologies and design agent architectures (such as ReAct, Plan-and-Solve, etc.) using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and AutoGen based on client business challenges.

Develop agent reasoning processes, including prompt chaining and reasoning loops.

【End-to-End Design & Construction of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Systems】

Select and set up Vector Databases such as Milvus, Weaviate, and Pinecone.

Design and construct data ingestion and preprocessing pipelines for RAG, leveraging a variety of client data sources including databases, documents, and APIs.

【Development of Function Calling (Tool Integration) Infrastructure】

Design and implement integrations with external APIs and internal systems utilized by the AI agents.

【Construction of AI Application Infrastructure】

Develop backend APIs (using Python/FastAPI, Node.js, etc.) to execute AI agents.

Build scalable execution environments on cloud platforms including GCP, AWS, and Azure.

【Technical Leadership & Team Collaboration】

Lead technology selection and architecture reviews in coordination with domestic and international development teams.

Stay updated on and implement the latest LLM-related methodologies, including RAG, fine-tuning, and MLOps.

【Required】

Experience in backend development using Python or in developing data pipelines

Experience developing applications that utilize LLM APIs such as OpenAI API, Gemini, and Anthropic API

Experience using LLM application frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex

Experience designing and building end-to-end RAG systems

Practical experience building data collection and preprocessing pipelines from diverse data sources (databases, documents, APIs, etc.)

Experience selecting, building, and operating VectorDBs (e.g., Milvus, Weaviate, Chroma)

Experience building systems in a cloud environment (GCP, AWS, or Azure)

Experience collaborating with clients and other teams to lead the process from requirements definition through design and development

Proactive approach to staying current with modern technologies and a strong desire to learn

Deep understanding of SQL and experience with performance tuning.

・Backend Development

Experience designing asynchronous processing infrastructure utilizing message queues (Kafka, PubSub, etc.).
