Job Description

We are looking for an AI Agent & MCP Developer to develop intelligent AI agents and integrate enterprise applications using the Model Context Protocol. This position will be full-time and hybrid Bengaluru.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop AI agents and agent-based workflows
• Build and integrate MCP servers, tools, APIs, and enterprise applications
• Develop AI solutions for engineering and business use cases
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements
• Test, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve AI agent performance

What You’ll Need

Required:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in software development, AI, or engineering technology
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, Generative AI, Large Language Models, and Model Context Protocol
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience working with APIs
• Understanding of prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and AI application integration
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup at the TE Whitefield Office in Bengaluru

Preferred:

• Experience developing AI solutions for engineering or enterprise business use cases
• Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise applications, tools, and APIs
• Knowledge of deploying, monitoring, and optimizing AI agent performance

Physical Demands

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
