AI Agent & Copilot Automation Developer

We are looking for an AI Agent & Copilot Automation Developer to design, develop and deploy AI-powered agents and business process automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building conversational AI solutions and integrating them into enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Configure conversational topics, prompts, instructions, actions and agent workflows.
• Build end-to-end business process automations using Power Automate.
• Integrate AI agents with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams and external enterprise systems.
• Implement RAG solutions using SharePoint, Dataverse and other enterprise data sources.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, JSON, webhooks and custom connectors.
• Configure authentication, permissions and secure access through Microsoft Entra ID.
• Test, deploy and maintain agents and automation workflows in production environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse processes and identify automation opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
• 2+ years of experience in business process automation.
• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and conversational AI development.
• Strong knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Experience integrating Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, OAuth and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering and RAG architectures.
• Knowledge of Power Platform connectors, custom actions and workflow orchestration.
• Familiarity with security, governance and data access management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise AI agents and automation solutions in production.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Azure AI services.
• Experience in consulting or customer-facing technology projects.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
