AI-Assisted UI/UX Designer

This is a remote position.

At WIT Software, we believe AI is changing not only how software is built, but also how products are imagined, designed and brought to life. We are looking for an AI-Assisted UI/UX Designer who combines outstanding design craft with a new generation of AI-powered tools and workflows. Someone who can turn an idea into a compelling experience, and a compelling experience into a working prototype. This is not traditional UI/UX design. This is design in the AI era.

What You'll Do:

Design Great Experiences: Create modern, elegant and intuitive experiences for mobile and web, from initial concept to polished interface.

Turn Ideas into Prototypes: Move rapidly from sketches and user journeys to high-fidelity, interactive and functional prototypes.

Design with AI: Use tools such as Figma AI, ChatGPT/Codex, Claude, Claude Code, Replit and AI agents to explore concepts, generate alternatives, prototype and iterate faster.

Bridge Design with Code: Go beyond static mockups. Use AI-assisted coding and prototyping to bring experiences to life and reduce the distance between design and implementation.

Build Design Systems: Create and evolve scalable Design Systems using components, variants, variables, tokens and reusable interaction patterns.

Design for AI-Assisted Development: Structure designs, components and Figma files so that both developers and AI coding agents can understand and implement them effectively.

Explore the Next Design Workflow: Experiment with emerging approaches such as Figma MCP, Code Connect, design-to-code and agentic design workflows.

Strong Design Craft: You have excellent visual judgement, attention to detail and a strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, interaction and usability.

Figma Mastery: You are comfortable with Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables, Tokens, prototyping and Design Systems.

Ability to Build: You are willing to go beyond Figma and use AI-assisted development tools to create functional prototypes.

Ability to Learn and Explore: The tools will change. The workflows will change. You learn fast, experiment constantly and adapt even faster.
