Welcome to Haleon. We’re a purpose-driven, world-class consumer company putting everyday health in the hands of millions. In just three years since our launch, we’ve grown, evolved and are now entering an exciting new chapter – one filled with bold ambitions and enormous opportunity.
Our trusted portfolio of brands – including Sensodyne®, Panadol®, Advil®, Voltaren®, Theraflu®, Otrivin®, and Centrum® – lead in resilient and growing categories. What sets us apart is our unique blend of deep human understanding and trusted science.
Now it’s time to fully realise the full potential of our business and our people. We do this through our Win as One strategy. It puts our purpose – to deliver better everyday health with humanity – at the heart of everything we do. It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.
The AI & Automation Analyst accelerates the Europe W&D transformation by removing manual workload and turning fragmented operational data into scalable, decision-ready insight. The role identifies high-value opportunities, develops and implements pragmatic AI and automation solutions, and creates reliable analytics that improve productivity, visibility and decision making across warehousing and distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Europe W&D AI and automation opportunity pipeline: identify repetitive, manual and data-intensive activities; quantify value; prioritize use cases; and maintain a clear delivery roadmap.
- Supports W&D tenders – Fusion project with automation of data collection;
- Design, build, test and deploy workflow automations that reduce manual reporting, data collection, consolidation and recurring administrative work across W&D.
- Develop scalable analytics and digital solutions that provide granular visibility of W&D performance, spend, service and operational drivers.
- Lead automation of Cost to Serve data flows, with the ambition to consolidate logistics supplier invoice detail at European level with minimal manual intervention and enable analysis at the lowest useful level of granularity, such as order, customer and picking unit/case level.
- Partner with W&D, QSC Technology, Finance, Procurement, CVC and other relevant functions to translate business needs into robust data and automation solutions.
- Build repeatable data models, dashboards and self-service tools; establish data quality checks, documentation and clear ownership so solutions remain sustainable after deployment.
- Assess AI use cases responsibly, ensuring solutions have a clear business case, operational fit, appropriate controls and business-continuity considerations rather than using automation for its own sake.
- Support harmonization and standardization of W&D processes and data inputs so automation can scale across markets, warehouses and logistics service providers.
- Measure realized benefits from deployed solutions, including hours of manual work removed, productivity, improved visibility, cycle-time reduction and decision quality.
- Build digital capability across the Europe W&D organization through practical coaching, reusable templates and simple guidance that enables teams to adopt and sustain new tools.
- Provide analytical support to Europe W&D leadership and country teams, translating complex operational, service and cost data into clear insights, trends and recommendations to support business decisions
- Perform ad hoc and structured analysis to support strategic initiatives, tenders, business cases, performance reviews and operational improvement opportunities across Europe W&D
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics or another relevant analytical, digital or technology-related field
- 3–5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics.
- Experience developing automation, reporting, and data solutions using Microsoft technologies and analytical tools.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical digital solutions, collaborate with stakeholders across functions, and apply data quality, governance, and responsible AI practices.
