We are hiring an AI & Automation Instructor to train and guide learners in understanding, applying, and leveraging artificial intelligence and automation tools to solve real-world problems, streamline business processes, and improve productivity.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in AI tools, workflow automation, and the development of practical AI-powered solutions, with the ability to simplify technical concepts and deliver engaging, project-based learning experiences.

This role focuses on equipping learners with the skills to identify automation opportunities, build intelligent workflows, integrate AI tools into business processes, and develop solutions that create measurable value for individuals and organizations.

Responsibilities

As an Instructor, you will:

• Guide learners through the fundamentals of artificial intelligence, generative AI, and practical AI applications.
• Teach effective use of AI tools for research, content generation, productivity, data processing, and business operations.
• Train learners on prompt engineering and techniques for getting accurate, relevant, and useful results from AI systems.
• Introduce workflow automation using tools such as Zapier, Make, and n8n.
• Guide learners in designing and building automated workflows for business processes and everyday tasks.
• Teach learners how to integrate AI tools with websites, applications, databases, and third-party services through APIs.
• Introduce AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and customer support automation.
• Guide learners in building practical AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and relevant coding tools.
• Teach learners how to identify repetitive business processes and develop automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Introduce learners to AI agents, their applications, and practical implementation.
• Emphasize responsible AI use, data privacy, security, and ethical considerations when developing AI-powered solutions.
• Design and supervise hands-on assignments, real-world projects, and business-focused automation exercises.
• Review learner projects, assess technical progress, and provide structured feedback.
• Mentor learners on building professional portfolios, identifying business opportunities, and monetizing their AI and automation skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in AI, workflow automation, or a closely related field.
• Strong practical knowledge of generative AI tools and their applications.
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI-powered productivity tools.
• Proficiency in at least one workflow automation platform, such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Practical experience building and implementing automated workflows.
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and third-party application integrations.
• Familiarity with AI chatbots, AI agents, and business process automation.
• Experience implementing AI and automation solutions for businesses, clients, or personal projects.
• Actively earning income as a freelancer, consultant, employee, or independent professional in AI, automation, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications or professional training in artificial intelligence, automation, or related technologies.
• Demonstrable portfolio, case studies, GitHub repositories, or completed projects showcasing practical AI and automation solutions.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and guide beginners through practical, project-based learning.
