Job Description
This is a remote position.
Level Up Talent Solutions is looking for a Lean-Pro AI Automation Specialist to support a U.S.-based client in designing and implementing AI-driven workflows for CRM automation, lead nurturing, appointment scheduling, and lead reengagement.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, process-oriented, and experienced in using GHL, AI platforms, and integration tools to build, test, and deliver reliable automation solutions with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered automation workflows based on approved project requirements and business objectives
- Build, configure, and optimize automations in GoHighLevel (GHL), including CRM workflows, triggers, pipelines, and lead management processes
- Use AI platforms such as ChatGPT to design and improve practical automation workflows
- Connect systems using Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs, webhooks, and related integration tools
- Develop AI-assisted SMS and email workflows for lead nurturing, follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and lead reengagement as needed
- Test, troubleshoot, and refine automation workflows to ensure accurate triggers, messaging, routing, and system performance
- Maintain clear documentation of workflow logic, integrations, configurations, and implementation processes for proper handover
- Handle confidential client information securely and follow appropriate data protection practices
- Communicate project progress, technical concerns, and recommended improvements to relevant stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in AI automation, CRM workflows, marketing automation, systems integration, or a similar technical role
- Demonstrated experience building functional AI automations, with completed projects or relevant work samples
- Hands-on experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) and AI platforms such as ChatGPT, including designing AI-powered workflows
- Experience using Zapier, Make, or n8n to build and maintain system integrations
- Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, automation triggers, and workflow logic
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical, functional, and scalable automation solutions
- Strong testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and project handover skills
- Clear written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and secure handling of client information
- Proactive, organized, and capable of executing technical projects independently with minimal supervision
Nice to Have
- Experience with SendBlue or similar messaging platforms, including automated follow-ups and CRM integrations
- Experience with sales funnels, lead nurturing, AI-assisted SMS/email follow-ups, appointment confirmations, lead routing, reactivation, disposition tracking, and reporting
- Experience with AI-assisted video and content workflows or scripting for automation development
