AI Bridger / Rollout & Adoption
ContegoThis role sits within the AI Agentics team, an independent team, working closely with Technology and functional leaders to support adoption, change management and function-level engagement as we roll out agentic AI across the business. As the Bridger for our AI Agentics programme, you will translate agent outputs into real business practice across functions such as Finance, Operations, HR, Legal and Commercial, building trust and driving adoption through practical, people-focused engagement.
This role is mission critical and a cornerstone of ensuring that our AI investment translates into real, adopted change. This is a hands-on role, engaging stakeholders across multiple functions, training and supporting colleagues through change, and building the cross-functional credibility needed for people to trust and use agentic systems in their day-to-day work. You will be responsible for driving adoption programmes, gathering feedback from the business, and ensuring agentic deployments are embedded successfully into working practice.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Exposure:
The successful candidate needs to be able to demonstrate:
- Established cross-functional credibility, with strong relationships and trust across multiple teams, markets or client accounts.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain AI-driven change in practical, non-technical terms.
- A track record of driving adoption of new tools, processes or ways of working.
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI as a strategic enabler, not just a productivity tool, and comfortable training and supporting colleagues through change.
- Experience across Finance, Operations, HR, Legal or Commercial functions is welcomed, though not essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage both specialist technical and business users.
- Experience working in a fast-paced change environment.
