About the role:

There's no open seat right now. This is an open door. If you build with AI, we want to get to know you and find a fit in ESTO for exceptional people.

Our AI Operations team rebuilds how ESTO works, one process at a time. An AI Builder sits where three skills meet: engineering, systems design and product thinking. You find the work that eats a team's week, build the system that takes it over, and own it in production.

What You’ll Do:

• Sit with teams across customer support, legal, marketing, finance etc. Find out what they need, not just what they ask for.

• Build agents, pipelines and internal tools that change how ESTO operates.

• Plug them into the tools we already run.

• Own your solutions end to end: deploy, monitor, iterate, fix when they break.

• Measure everything: quality, cost per task, hours saved, adoption. If nobody uses it, it doesn't count.

• Teach as you go, so colleagues start building too.

What We Expect:

• You've built prototypes or systems using LLMs. Show us.

• Solid understanding on software engineering principles and agile ways of working.

• You know how to design for failure: validation, human checkpoints, fallbacks.

• You also know when not to use AI.

• Claude, Cursor or similar are daily tools, and you know where they break.

Nice to have experience with:

• Fintech, lending or another regulated industry.
