AI Chatbot Engineer

At NestifyTech Solutions, We are seeking an AI Chatbot Engineer to design, develop, and maintain intelligent conversational agents powered by LLMs and NLP technologies. This role bridges AI, UX, and software engineering to create engaging and context-aware virtual assistants.

Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy AI chatbots using LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude) or rule-based/NLU systems (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow).

• Create and optimize conversation flows, intent recognition, and slot-filling logic.

• Apply prompt engineering and context management techniques to improve chatbot responses.

• Integrate chatbots with third-party services, internal tools, and APIs.

• Monitor chatbot performance and continuously improve based on feedback and analytics.

• Work with UX/UI teams to design intuitive chat interfaces.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, AI, or related field.

• 2+ years experience developing chatbots or conversational AI applications.

• Proficiency in Python or Node.js, and experience with chatbot frameworks (LangChain, Rasa, Botpress, etc.).

• Familiarity with LLMs and conversational prompt design.

• Experience integrating chatbots with messaging platforms (e.g., Slack, WhatsApp, web chat).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of user behavior and chatbot UX best practices.

• Knowledge of multilingual NLP and voice assistants (e.g., Alexa, Google Assistant).

• Experience with logging, monitoring, and chatbot analytics tools.
